If you choose to use your own photo or design, a small additional fee applies. This fee covers the time needed to resize, adjust, and enhance your image for the best possible print quality and finished appearance.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Custom Orders

• Due to the personalized nature of custom products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available on custom orders.
• Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Order Concerns

• If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date and time shown by the shipping carrier.
• Photos clearly showing the issue are required so I can properly review and address your concerns.
• Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review.

Returns for Non-Custom Items

• Returns on non-custom/pre-made designs may be accepted in accordance with my shop policies.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any original shipping charges.

Shipping Information

• Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
• I have no control over packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
• Any shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or undelivered items are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
• Claims regarding lost, delayed, damaged, or undelivered packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
• Please verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
