Customized Items
Customized, personalized, or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Please review all item photos, descriptions, and options carefully before purchasing. Customized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Production Time
Customization is completed first‑come, first‑served. If special materials must be ordered, your order will be moved forward in line once all supplies arrive.
Some items require additional crafting time and may take several days to complete. Shipping times vary; certain orders may take 10–15 days to ship depending on workload and supply availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number is provided, any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Suspicious Orders
