By placing an order with this shop, you agree to all policies listed on this website, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and customization options before completing your purchase.

Customized & Personalized Items

Customized, personalized, or made‑to‑order items are created specifically for you. These items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, colors, sizes, and customization details are correct at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed first‑come, first‑served. If special materials must be ordered, your order will be moved forward in line once all supplies arrive.

Some items require additional crafting time and may take several days to complete. Production and shipping times may vary depending on workload, supply availability, and item complexity.

Shipping

Some orders may take 10–15 days to ship. Once a tracking number is provided, the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Any delivery issues (delays, lost packages, damaged packages) must be handled directly with the carrier. I will assist by providing:

  • Date and time the order was shipped

  • Tracking number

  • Any information needed to help you file a report

Suspicious or Fraudulent Orders

Orders flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent will not be fulfilled and may be canceled at the shop’s discretion.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, contact details, and customization instructions. The shop is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.
