Processing Time
Orders are processed first‑come, first‑served. Some items require additional crafting time and may take several days to complete before shipping. Customized or specialty items may require extra materials, which can extend processing time.
Shipping Time
Most orders ship within the stated timeframe on each product listing. Some items may take 10–15 days to ship depending on workload, supply availability, and item complexity.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. After the package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
I will assist by providing:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. The shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Shipping Delays
Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and supply shortages may affect delivery times. These delays are outside of the shop’s control, but I will always do my best to keep you informed.
Suspicious Orders
Orders flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent will not be shipped and may be canceled for the protection of both the customer and the business.
